How long will it take for a Shaka Packs order to process and ship?
The banner on top of of our home page will specify current build time. Shaka Packs is a one person operation. All packs are custom made in house to order. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Standard delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Are Shaka packs waterproof?
Our packs are made from high quality materials and are highly weather resistant. Although the fabrics we use are waterproof, we can not claim that contents stored inside will remain completely dry. Since our seams are not welded or sealed and zippers are water resistant, water may seep in over time. If you need items to remain completely dry then we suggest storing them inside a freezer zip-lock or dry bag.
Will Shaka Packs ship outside of Canada and the USA?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. Since our online store only calculates shipping to Canada and USA, please contact us prior to placing your order. Please include your address and order description and we will get back to you with an exact shipping quote.
Are Shaka frame packs all custom fit?
Yes, every frame pack we make is unique and built to your specific needs to fit your frame. Once your order is placed & processed, we will email you measuring and photo instructions. Our process ensures that each pack is custom fit to your specific frame.
Does Shaka Packs offer a warranty?
Shaka Packs provides a warranty to the original owner/ purchaser against material defects and craftsmanship. If an issue arises, please contact us as soon as possible this way we can look for a solution. If a product is found to be under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Will Shaka Packs accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as Shaka Packs are custom made.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your items have not hit production, we will refund your purchase in total less 5% processing fee. If an item is in production, we will not be able to cancel at that time.
