Shaka Packs are made to order using any combination of the following fabrics and colours.
Dimension-Polyant X-Pac is technical racing sail fabric. Known for being durable, lightweight and 100% waterproof, it has become our trusted fabric for pack material.
The combination of low stretch, waterproof construction technology and smooth face fabric provides an ideal balance of weight and durability for bikepacking gear.
Smooth faced 100% waterproof sailcloth containing black post-consumer recycled polyester X-PLY®.
X-Pac LiteSkin® LS21
Ultralight 100% waterproof pack material, designed specifically for abrasion resistance at the lightest weight possible.
X-Pac X11 cotton duck Featuring a natural cotton face combined with X3 laminate on the back side, X-Pac®X11 provides a soft, cotton feel and appearance with added waterproof and low-stretch characteristics. Contains black post-consumer recycled polyester X-PLY®. 
X-Pac X33 Camouflage Tightly woven 330d traditional MultiCam®nylon face-fabric for a highly abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof material. Contains black post-consumer recycled polyester X-PLY®.
Cordura®
The original CORDURA® fabric Is designed for living and built to last, CORDURA® fabric has proven performance in many of the world’s toughest environments. Made with high tenacity air jet textured nylon 6,6 filament yarns.
We mostly use this fabric on the back side of Burrito packs & the underside of top tube packs.
