Velcro mount

Frame packs are built with adjustable velcro strap positions along the toptube and fixed positions along seat and down tubes.   The adjustable position toptube straps allow different configurations to fit any brand of top tube packs.  The seat and down tube straps come long and can be trimmed to size when first installing your pack.
