Each pack is custom made to fit your frame. These templates are currently on file. If your frame is not listed, we'll make a template to fit. Two photos & specific measurements of your frame will be needed. Detailed instructions will be emailed once your order is processed.
- X-PAC VX21 (laminated Ripstop), LiteSkin, X33 Camouflage or Cotton Duck exterior fabric. Ripstop nylon fabrics used for the interior. Have a closer look at materials here
- Paskal no. 10 pu coated marine grade molded tooth zippers, with metal sliders
(on Divide version)

PACK STYLE DETAILS:
Divide roll top: Large compartment on drive side with roll top closure & internal collapsible divider (divider helps control bulging). The roll top is secured with (2) G hooks, bar-tacks & box stitched webbing. Two shallow storage compartments on non-drive side. Great for easy access to items such as food, phone, tire plugs, battery bank etc.
Standard roll top: One full width compartment on drive side with roll top closure & internal collapsible divider (divider helps control bulging). The roll top is secured with (2) G hooks, bar-tacks & box stitched webbing. Non drive side has a solid panel with no additional storage compartments.
MOUNTING OPTIONS:
Top Tube Lace mount works best with bolt on option. Choose this option if you plan on leaving the pack mounted & not removing it often. Lacing loops are positioned to fit around our top tube straps. If using other brand top tube packs, best to choose Top tube Velcro mount.
Top Tube Velcro mount works best if you plan on removing pack often. This option allows flexibility of strap placement to work in conjunction with off brand top tube straps.
Bolt On works best if you plan on leaving the pack mounted to your frame. Grommets will be added in exact position of your frames braze-on locations. This option minimizes the number of straps and adds a bit of security by bolting the pack to your frame. Top tube bolt on option requires upper factory braze-ons. example: Salsa Cutthroat An internal hdpe plastic plate will be made & included to add stiffness to the upper portion of the pack for full bolt on option.
